This AI Features User Agreement ("AI Agreement") governs your access to and use of the artificial intelligence features provided through [App Name] by [Company Legal Name] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
This AI Agreement supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, subscription terms, and other applicable rules. If there is a conflict between this AI Agreement and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control unless this AI Agreement expressly states otherwise.
By tapping "Agree," enabling an AI Feature, or continuing to use the AI Features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this AI Agreement.

IMPORTANT AI NOTICE

1. When you use the AI chat, AI assistant, or other AI-powered features, you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, not a human.

2. AI-generated responses, recommendations, circles, labels, summaries, profile suggestions, rankings, and other outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, biased, inappropriate, or misleading.

3. AI recommendations do not verify another user’s identity, intentions, background, location, compatibility, safety, or trustworthiness.

4. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results and deciding whether and how to use them.

5. Do not provide passwords, financial account information, government identification numbers, precise home addresses, medical records, or other highly sensitive information to the AI Features.

4.1 Definitions
"AI Features" means any feature within [App Name] that uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated ranking, generative models, computer vision, natural language processing, or similar technologies.
AI Features may include, without limitation:

• AI assistants or AI chat functions, including [AI Assistant Name];

• AI-assisted profile completion;

• AI-generated circles, communities, topics, labels, descriptions, introductions, captions, messages, or profile suggestions;

• Personalized feed ranking and content recommendations;

• User, member, circle, or connection recommendations;

• Image, avatar, text, and content analysis;

• Safety, spam, fraud, and content moderation systems;

• AI-generated or AI-assisted community content.
  "Inputs" means text, photos, profile information, preferences, feedback, or other materials that you provide to the AI Features.
  "Outputs" means responses, recommendations, circles, labels, descriptions, summaries, rankings, images, text, or other materials generated or provided by the AI Features.

4.2 Nature of the AI Features
The AI Features are automated software services. They are not human beings and do not have consciousness, emotions, personal beliefs, personal experiences, or independent intentions.
An AI assistant may use conversational language, a name, an avatar, a personality, or expressions that appear friendly, supportive, or emotional. These design elements are provided for usability and entertainment. They do not mean that the AI assistant is a real person.
Unless we expressly confirm otherwise, statements made by an AI assistant are not statements made by an employee, agent, counselor, moderator, or representative of the Company.
The AI Features may change their responses or recommendations based on your account information, activity, preferences, previous interactions, or other available information.

4.3 AI Personalization and Recommendations
Subject to our Privacy Policy and your available settings, the AI Features may process information associated with your account and your use of the App to provide personalized experiences.
This information may include:

• Your age or age range;

• Your general location, such as your country, state, region, or city;

• Your selected interests, lifestyle preferences, social preferences, and community topics;

• Your profile information, biography, avatar, and photos;

• Your posts, likes, follows, circle memberships, reports, and interactions;

• Content you view, skip, like, share, hide, or report;

• Your interactions with AI Features;

• Technical and device information described in our Privacy Policy.
  We may use this information to generate or recommend circles, community topics, posts, members, profiles, conversations, or other experiences that we believe may be relevant to you.
  AI recommendations are automated predictions based on available information. They do not guarantee that:

• You will like or be compatible with a recommended user;

• Another user is interested in you;

• A recommended user has the interests, intentions, attributes, or characteristics suggested by the recommendation;

• A recommended circle is active, accurate, safe, or suitable for you;

• A user’s profile, age, location, photos, statements, or identity are authentic;

• A recommendation will result in a successful, safe, or meaningful interaction.
  You are responsible for independently evaluating other users and exercising reasonable caution before communicating, meeting in person, sharing personal information, sending money, or entering into any transaction.

4.4 AI-Generated Circles, Labels, and Profiles
The AI Features may create circles, communities, labels, descriptions, profile summaries, or inferred interests based on information you provide and your activity within the App.
These results are intended to organize and personalize your App experience. They are not definitive statements about your identity, personality, beliefs, relationships, preferences, or intentions.
Where the relevant functionality is available, you may edit or delete AI-generated circles or labels, or leave a circle you have joined.
We may update, replace, merge, reorder, or remove AI-generated circles, labels, and recommendations as the service, available information, or your activity changes.
An AI-generated circle does not necessarily represent an independently operated organization, a fixed group, or a community that is identical for every user. A circle may be a personalized collection of content, topics, and members generated specifically for your account.
The inclusion of a user in a circle does not mean that the user has personally approved the circle name, label, description, or the reason for being included, unless the App clearly states otherwise.

4.5 User Inputs
You may provide text, photos, profile information, preferences, feedback, or other materials to the AI Features.
You retain the rights that you lawfully hold in your Inputs.
You grant the Company and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, process, analyze, format, modify, and use your Inputs only as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide, maintain, and operate the AI Features;

• Generate responses, circles, labels, recommendations, and other Outputs;

• Personalize your experience;

• Maintain safety and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, or policy violations;

• Provide customer support and diagnose technical problems;

• Comply with applicable law and valid legal requests;

• Evaluate or improve the service where disclosed in our Privacy Policy and permitted by applicable law.
  You represent and warrant that:

• You have all rights and permissions necessary to provide the Inputs;

• Your Inputs do not violate any law, contract, intellectual property right, privacy right, publicity right, or other third-party right;

• Your Inputs are not fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by our rules.
  You must not upload another person’s private messages, personal information, photos, or other content without appropriate authorization.

4.6 Photos, Avatars, and Image Analysis
When you upload an avatar, profile photo, or other image, the AI Features may analyze visible elements of the image for purposes disclosed in the App or our Privacy Policy.
Depending on the feature, image analysis may be used to:

• Determine whether an image contains a face, person, object, text, or potentially prohibited content;

• Support profile completion or image organization;

• Recommend captions, topics, circles, layouts, or community content;

• Detect duplicate, misleading, unsafe, or potentially fraudulent images;

• Prevent spam, impersonation, fraud, abuse, or prohibited content;

• Provide other clearly disclosed personalization or safety features.
  Image analysis may be inaccurate and may misidentify a person, object, setting, activity, or other visible element.
  Unless separately disclosed, legally permitted, and supported by any required consent, the AI Features are not intended to infer sensitive characteristics such as race or ethnicity, religion, health conditions, political opinions, trade union membership, sex life, or sexual orientation from your photos.
  Image analysis does not constitute identity verification. A user whose photo appears authentic may still be using inaccurate, altered, outdated, AI-generated, stolen, or unauthorized content.
  You should not rely on image analysis as proof of another user’s identity, age, location, intentions, or trustworthiness.

4.7 AI Outputs and Accuracy
Outputs are generated automatically and may not have been reviewed by the Company before being displayed to you.
Outputs may:

• Contain factual or grammatical errors;

• Misunderstand your information or request;

• Misidentify an image, topic, interest, location, or user characteristic;

• Contain outdated, incomplete, or irrelevant information;

• Repeat content generated for other users;

• Contain stereotypes, bias, or inappropriate language;

• Refer to people, events, places, products, or information that do not exist;

• Be unsuitable for your intended purpose.
  You must independently review Outputs before relying on, publishing, sending, sharing, or acting on them.
  We do not guarantee that any Output is accurate, complete, unique, current, non-infringing, safe, or suitable for a particular purpose.
  We may correct, remove, restrict, or replace an Output if we believe it is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with our policies.

4.8 Rights in AI Outputs
Subject to applicable law and your compliance with this AI Agreement, you may use Outputs generated specifically for you for personal purposes and for activities permitted within the App.
However:

• Outputs may not be unique;

• Other users may receive identical or similar Outputs;

• An Output may incorporate commonly used expressions, concepts, formats, or information;

• The Company does not guarantee that intellectual property rights exist in an Output;

• The Company does not guarantee that your use of an Output will not affect another person’s rights;

• You remain responsible for how you use, edit, publish, distribute, or rely on an Output.
  The Company and its licensors retain all rights in the App, AI models, systems, software, algorithms, interfaces, designs, branding, templates, databases, and underlying technology.
  Nothing in this AI Agreement transfers ownership of the AI Features or their underlying technology to you.

4.9 AI-Generated Community Content
Some posts, comments, introductions, messages, profile text, captions, images, or other materials within the App may be generated or assisted by AI.
Where required by the App or applicable law, AI-generated or materially AI-edited content may be labeled or otherwise identified as AI-generated.
You must not remove, conceal, manipulate, or misrepresent an AI disclosure where doing so could mislead another person or violate applicable law or our policies.
You must not present AI-generated content as an authentic statement, photograph, recording, identity, or activity of another person without authorization.
You must not use AI-generated content to impersonate another person, create a deceptive profile, fabricate an interaction, or falsely suggest that a real person said or did something.
If you publish or send AI-generated content, you remain responsible for that content in the same way as content you create yourself.
AI-generated content remains subject to our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, moderation rules, and reporting procedures.

4.10 Privacy and Data Use
Our collection, use, storage, disclosure, retention, and deletion of personal information in connection with the AI Features are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Depending on the feature and your settings, information provided to or generated through the AI Features may be used to:

• Generate AI responses, circles, labels, and recommendations;

• Personalize your profile, circles, feed, and member suggestions;

• Maintain relevant conversation or interaction context;

• Detect fraud, spam, impersonation, policy violations, or safety risks;

• Provide customer support and investigate reports;

• Evaluate the performance, quality, and safety of the AI Features;

• Improve the service where disclosed and legally permitted;

• Comply with legal obligations and valid legal requests.
  Whether particular information is used to train, fine-tune, test, evaluate, or improve an AI model will be described in our Privacy Policy, consent notices, or applicable in-product settings.
  You should not assume that an AI conversation has the same confidentiality protections as communications with a lawyer, doctor, therapist, financial adviser, or other legally protected professional.
  Subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy, automated systems and authorized personnel may review certain AI interactions where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, customer support, quality evaluation, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.

4.11 Third-Party AI and Service Providers
We may use third-party providers to support or operate the AI Features, including cloud hosting providers, AI model providers, content moderation providers, analytics providers, and infrastructure providers.
These providers may process information on our behalf subject to contractual restrictions, our Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
Where permitted by law, information may be processed in countries or regions other than the place where you live.
The performance, availability, and behavior of some AI Features may depend on third-party services that we do not fully control.
We are not responsible for a third-party service outside the scope of our legal obligations, but we will select and manage service providers as required by applicable law.

4.12 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

• The Inputs you provide;

• Reviewing Outputs before using or sharing them;

• Your communications and interactions with other users;

• Protecting your account and personal information;

• Deciding whether to follow an AI recommendation;

• Complying with applicable law and our rules;

• Taking reasonable precautions before meeting another user or entering into a transaction.
  You must not assume that the Company has verified a user merely because the user was recommended, included in a circle, displayed as nearby, or described by an AI-generated label.
  You should use available safety tools, including reporting, blocking, privacy settings, and account controls, where appropriate.

4.13 Prohibited Uses
You may not use the AI Features to:

1. Violate any applicable law or regulation;

2. Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, exploit, or intimidate another person;

3. Generate or distribute hate speech or content that promotes discrimination, hostility, or violence;

4. Create, request, distribute, or facilitate sexual content involving minors or exploitative sexual content;

5. Impersonate another person or create deceptive profiles, messages, images, audio, videos, or interactions;

6. Facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, manipulation, extortion, or deceptive commercial practices;

7. Collect, infer, expose, sell, or misuse another person’s private or sensitive information;

8. Create false claims about another person’s identity, age, location, interests, relationships, intentions, or conduct;

9. Generate malware, malicious code, or instructions intended to compromise devices, systems, accounts, or data;

10. Circumvent safety systems, content filters, usage limits, access restrictions, moderation measures, or account controls;

11. Manipulate engagement, rankings, reviews, reports, recommendations, circle activity, or community activity;

12. Scrape, copy, extract, test, probe, reverse engineer, or attempt to reproduce the AI models or underlying systems, except where applicable law expressly permits;

13. Use Outputs to make decisions that may significantly affect another person’s employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, legal rights, healthcare, or access to essential services;

14. Use the AI Features in any way that creates an unreasonable safety, security, legal, or operational risk.

4.14 Health, Safety, and Professional Advice
The AI Features are not designed to provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
AI Outputs are provided for general informational, community, creative, or entertainment purposes only.
You must not rely on an AI Output as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
The AI Features are not emergency services. If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.
An AI assistant cannot physically intervene, confirm another user’s location, guarantee that a report will be reviewed immediately, or ensure another person’s safety.

4.15 Community Safety and Offline Interactions
The Company does not control the conduct of users outside the App.
Before meeting another user in person, you should take reasonable safety measures, including:

• Meeting in a public place;

• Telling a trusted person about your plans;

• Arranging your own transportation;

• Protecting your home address and financial information;

• Avoiding sending money or financial credentials;

• Ending the interaction if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
  An AI recommendation, circle membership, similarity label, online indicator, or distance display is not a safety guarantee.
  You are solely responsible for deciding whether to communicate with or meet another user, subject to any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

4.16 Moderation, Reports, and Human Review
We may use automated systems and human moderators to identify, review, label, limit, remove, or restrict content and accounts that may violate our policies or create safety risks.
Automated moderation may produce false positives or false negatives. Compliant content may sometimes be restricted, and violating content may not always be detected immediately.
Where available, you may report content, block users, submit feedback, or appeal certain moderation decisions through the tools provided in the App.
We may preserve and review information associated with reports, safety incidents, or suspected violations where reasonably necessary to:

• Investigate the matter;

• Protect users;

• Prevent fraud or abuse;

• Enforce our rules;

• Comply with applicable law;

• Respond to valid legal requests.
  Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome or an immediate response.

4.17 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this AI Agreement to use the AI Features.
If applicable law requires a higher minimum age for a particular feature or jurisdiction, the higher age requirement will apply.
You may not misrepresent your age or assist a person who does not meet the minimum age requirement in accessing the AI Features.
If we reasonably believe that an account is being operated by a person who does not meet the minimum age requirement, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account and take appropriate protective measures.

4.18 Availability and Changes
The AI Features may be experimental, incomplete, or available only to certain users, accounts, devices, subscription plans, or regions.
We may add, modify, limit, suspend, replace, or discontinue any AI Feature at any time, subject to applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the AI Features will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, language, or region.
Usage limits may apply based on your account type, subscription status, location, device, service capacity, safety status, or other reasonable factors.
The behavior and quality of the AI Features may change over time as models, data, systems, and safety measures are updated.

4.19 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to some or all AI Features if:

• You violate this AI Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law;

• Your use creates a safety, security, legal, or operational risk;

• We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, impersonation, or unauthorized access;

• We are required to do so by law or a valid legal request;

• The relevant AI Feature is no longer available or supported;

• Restriction is reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misconduct.
  Termination or suspension does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, user responsibility, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

4.20 Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the AI Features and Outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that:

• AI Outputs will be correct, complete, unique, or suitable;

• Recommendations will result in successful, safe, or meaningful interactions;

• Users, profiles, photos, content, statements, or communities are authentic;

• AI systems will identify every unsafe, fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited activity;

• The service will be free from errors, bias, harmful content, or interruptions;

• An AI-generated circle, label, description, or recommendation accurately represents you or another user.
  Nothing in this section excludes any warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

4.21 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the AI Features or Outputs.
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

• Reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading Outputs;

• Communications, interactions, meetings, or transactions with other users;

• User-generated or AI-generated content;

• Loss of data, reputation, opportunities, revenue, or profits;

• Unauthorized use of content or personal information;

• Service interruptions, moderation decisions, circle generation, labeling, or recommendation errors;

• The conduct of another user or third party.
  Any aggregate liability will be subject to the limitations stated in the Terms of Service, except where applicable law does not permit such limitations.
  Nothing in this AI Agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

4.22 Updates to This AI Agreement
We may update this AI Agreement to reflect changes in the AI Features, our practices, technology, safety requirements, or applicable law.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App, by email, through an account notification, or by other reasonable means.
Unless otherwise stated, an updated version will become effective on the date shown at the beginning of the agreement.
Where permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the AI Features after the updated agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
If applicable law requires separate consent for a material change, we will request that consent.

4.23 Relationship with Other Agreements
Matters not specifically addressed in this AI Agreement are governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, subscription terms, and other applicable rules.
The governing law, dispute resolution procedure, arbitration provisions, class action waiver, jurisdiction, and other general contractual provisions set out in the Terms of Service also apply to this AI Agreement.
If a provision of this AI Agreement is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision of this AI Agreement does not waive our right to enforce it later.

4.24 Language
This AI Agreement may be provided in multiple languages.
The English and Chinese versions are intended to have substantially the same meaning. If there is any inconsistency between the versions, the [English version / version required by applicable local law] will control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
