1. Our Commitment to Kids Safety
   Zingka is committed to fostering a safe and respectful community where adults can explore shared interests, participate in Circles, express their perspectives, and engage with community content.
   As a circle-based community platform, Zingka enables users to discover interest-based communities, publish posts, share photos and experiences, participate in This or That activities, and interact through comments and other community features. We recognize that these features require clear safety standards to prevent the misuse of community content and interactions to harm or exploit minors.
   This Child Safety Standards Policy defines how Zingka prohibits, addresses, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation, and other conduct that endangers kids.
   Zingka is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use our Services.
   We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. No Circle, post, comment, This or That activity, profile, or other feature may be used to facilitate, promote, or engage in such conduct.

   
   

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
   Zingka prohibits all content and behavior that sexually abuses, exploits, targets, or endangers kids.
   The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Creating, uploading, possessing, requesting, sharing, distributing, or facilitating access to visual material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

• Sexual Exploitation of Kids: Exploiting minors for sexual purposes, including coercion, trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or soliciting sexual activities involving minors.

• Grooming and Predatory Behavior: Targeting minors or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with them for sexual purposes, including manipulation, coercion, or attempts to arrange sexual encounters.

• Sexualization of Minors: Creating, requesting, sharing, or distributing sexualized content involving minors, including AI-generated, digitally altered, manipulated, or synthetic imagery.

• Sexual Solicitation and Sextortion: Soliciting sexual images, videos, or sexual interactions from minors, or threatening, coercing, or blackmailing minors in connection with sexual content.

• Facilitation of Sexual Abuse and Exploitation: Encouraging, promoting, organizing, or providing instructions, resources, or services that facilitate the sexual abuse or exploitation of kids.
  These prohibitions apply throughout Zingka, including:

• Circles: Using community spaces to target minors, encourage sexual exploitation, or facilitate inappropriate contact.

• Posts and Photos: Publishing, sharing, or promoting prohibited sexual content or material that exploits or endangers minors.

• Comments and Community Interactions: Using comments, replies, or other interactions to groom, harass, sexually solicit, threaten, or exploit minors.

• This or That Activities: Creating, submitting, or participating in activities that sexualize minors, solicit sexual content involving minors, or otherwise facilitate their abuse or exploitation.

• Profiles and Other User Content: Using profile information, images, links, or other user-generated content to promote or facilitate prohibited conduct.
  These examples are illustrative and do not limit the scope of prohibited conduct under this Policy.
  Violations may result in content removal, restrictions on community participation, account suspension, permanent account termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law or otherwise appropriate.

3. Age Restrictions and Protection of Minors
   Zingka is an adults-only community platform. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or access our Services.
   Users must provide accurate age-related information and must not misrepresent their age to bypass our age restrictions.
   We may investigate suspected underage use and take appropriate measures to protect minors and maintain compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
   If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take appropriate steps to restrict or terminate access to Zingka and handle the user's personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
   Parents and legal guardians who believe a minor has accessed Zingka or whose personal information may have been collected through our Services may contact us using the information provided in Section 7.

   
   

4. Reporting Kids Safety Concerns
   Zingka encourages users to report suspected child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, grooming, CSAM, or any other conduct that may violate this Policy.

   
   4.1. In-App Reporting
   Users may submit reports through the reporting tools available within Zingka.
   Reports may concern:

• User accounts and profiles.

• Posts, photos, and other published community content.

• Other content or behavior that may endanger or exploit minors.
  When submitting a report, users should provide relevant information, such as the account or content involved and the reason for concern.
  Users must not download, redistribute, or forward suspected CSAM to us as part of a report.

  
  4.2. Direct Reporting
  Users, parents, legal guardians, and other concerned individuals may also report kids safety concerns by contacting:

  We take child safety reports seriously and will review them promptly. Our response will depend on the nature of the concern, the available information, and applicable legal requirements.
  Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Remove prohibited content or restrict access to it.

• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in violations.

• Investigate related accounts, posts, comments, or community activities where appropriate.

• Preserve relevant information when legally required or necessary for a lawful investigation.

• Report suspected or confirmed child sexual abuse or exploitation to appropriate authorities or designated child protection organizations when required by law or otherwise appropriate.

• Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection authorities.
  We prohibit retaliation against individuals who submit good-faith child safety reports. Knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may result in appropriate enforcement action.

  
  4.3. Urgent Safety Concerns
  If a minor appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child protection authorities.
  Reporting a concern to Zingka does not replace contacting law enforcement or emergency services when immediate intervention is necessary.

5. Prevention, Review, and Enforcement
   Zingka is committed to maintaining community standards and responding appropriately to child safety risks across its interest-based community features.
   Our approach focuses on the following areas:
   Community Content Review
   We review reported posts, photos, comments, profiles, and other relevant community content for potential violations of this Policy. Where appropriate and available, we may use automated tools, manual review, or other proportionate measures to assess potentially harmful content or behavior.
   Community Interaction Safety
   We prohibit using Circles, comments, replies, and other community interactions to target minors, facilitate grooming, solicit sexual content, or promote child sexual abuse and exploitation.
   This or That Content Safety
   This or That activities must not be used to sexualize minors, encourage exploitation, solicit prohibited material, or normalize abusive conduct involving minors. Content that violates this Policy may be removed, and the accounts responsible may be subject to enforcement action.
   Account and Content Enforcement
   We may remove or restrict violating content, limit community participation, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
   Where necessary, we may restrict access to relevant content or accounts while investigating credible child safety concerns.
   Ongoing Improvement
   We will review and update our child safety practices as necessary to address emerging risks, changes in applicable laws, and relevant platform requirements.
   All enforcement actions will be guided by the need to protect minors, comply with applicable laws, and uphold the standards set out in this Policy.

   
   

6. Compliance with Kids Safety Laws
   Zingka is committed to complying with applicable child protection and online safety laws, including legal requirements concerning CSAM and child sexual exploitation.
   Where required by applicable law, we will report confirmed CSAM and other relevant child safety violations to the appropriate authorities or designated reporting organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, as applicable.
   We will cooperate with lawful investigations and take appropriate measures to protect personal information associated with child safety reports and investigations, subject to applicable legal obligations.
   This Policy should be read together with the Zingka Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Community Guidelines.
   Nothing in this Policy limits our ability to take appropriate measures to protect users or comply with applicable laws.

   We may update this Child Safety Standards Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Zingka's Services, community features, safety practices, applicable laws, or platform requirements.
   Any revised version will be published on our official website with an updated effective date.
